Description
The warranty extension is available with a new purchase of an electric scooter of the Silence or Ecooter brand.
It extends the standard warranty by 12 months.
A deductible of 150 CHF per warranty case applies during the extension period.
The warranty covers all repair costs due to damage caused by manufacturing or assembly errors of parts, as well as the replacement of damaged parts with original parts and the necessary labor for disassembly and assembly.
Warranty service is provided by ETRIX official Swiss distributors.
