The Zero XE’s 15.5 kW permanent magnet motor is not only powerful, but also efficient. It is complemented by a compact reduction gear, which is specially designed to significantly increase the torque at the rear wheel. With an impressive torque of 635 Nm, the XE sets new standards in the off-road category. This combination of state-of-the-art engine technology and sophisticated power transmission ensures explosive acceleration, maximum control and a driving experience that convinces even in extreme conditions.

SUSPENSION & BRAKES

The fully adjustable suspension of the Zero XE has been specially tuned from the factory to meet the requirements of North American and European riding styles as well as different terrain profiles. It provides first-class comfort and control at both the front and rear – no matter how demanding the terrain.

The Zero XE’s rear brake is conveniently controlled by the left hand, allowing for precise fingertip control. The two-piston calipers, equipped with a 220 mm disc at the front and a 203 mm disc at the rear, work with DOT hydraulic motorcycle brakes. These guarantee a high degree of safety and control even in challenging driving situations.

The frame of the Zero XE is made of 6061 alloy forged aluminum, a material known for its high strength at low weight. This construction not only offers exceptional robustness, but also contributes to the bike’s impressive agility and agility. The frame is complemented by an equally stable and precisely manufactured swingarm that effortlessly withstands the demands of extreme off-road conditions.

The Zero XE is equipped with robust CST knobby tires that offer maximum traction and control on loose and challenging surfaces with their special off-road tread. The tires measure 21 inches on the front axle and 18 inches on the rear axle, a combination that ensures optimal stability and maneuverability.

The XE’s spoked wheels are not only extremely durable, but also designed for flexibility and shock absorption. This design effectively absorbs shocks and bumps on rough terrain, improving both durability and handling. Whether it’s rocky trails, muddy trails or sandy ground, the wheels and tires of the Zero XE make it the perfect companion for off-road adventures.
