The Zero LS1 is equipped with double-acting floating callipers at the front, a single-piston brake calliper at the rear and ABS and offers you controlled, confidence-inspiring braking performance in any riding situation. The system ensures even deceleration and helps you to remain stable and safe even during abrupt braking maneuvers.

Especially in dense city traffic or in changing road conditions, the ABS contributes to a noticeable increase in safety by preventing the wheels from locking and maintaining control of the scooter. This means you can rely on precise braking behavior at all times – whether in daily commuter traffic, in wet conditions or during spontaneous stops in an urban environment.

Suspension, wheels and tires

The suspension of the LS1 is consistently tuned for daily use in city traffic. It is firm enough for dynamic riding and at the same time offers sufficient comfort on uneven roads, cobblestones or speed bumps. The balanced chassis geometry ensures safe handling, predictable handling and a smooth, stable ride in a wide range of urban conditions.

Lightweight aluminum wheels in combination with high-grip urban tires offer the ideal balance between agility and riding comfort. The wheel and tire combination designed for city traffic provides reliable grip and a precise ride feel – whether you’re riding through heavy traffic, on bends or in changing weather conditions.

Cleverly integrated

Storage space

Form meets function in the LS1 thanks to the cleverly integrated storage space under the seat. The forward-opening seat compartment provides sufficient space for a helmet, small purchases or an optional third additional battery, which can be used to flexibly extend the range.

This means that the LS1 remains practical and suitable for everyday use – without compromising on design or driving dynamics.

Full LED

Headlight

The full LED headlight of the LS1 provides a bright, clearly defined beam of light. It not only improves visibility when riding at night, but also increases your visibility in road traffic and thus contributes to additional safety – both day and night.

Mechanical steering wheel lock

Theft protection

A mechanical steering wheel lock forms the first line of defense against theft. The LS1 locks automatically around 10 seconds after it is switched off, increasing security when the vehicle is stationary. If the key fob is out of range, the vehicle is locked immediately.

However, if someone tries to move the scooter, the system reacts with short, recurring torque pulses from the motor, which lock the rear wheel for around 5 seconds at a time. This process is repeated approximately every 3 meters of movement and makes it much more difficult to push the scooter away – an effective protection against opportunist theft in everyday urban life.
