The XE is powered by a powerful 74V 58Ah lithium-ion battery that can be charged either directly in the motorcycle or externally. The battery can be removed in seconds, allowing for convenient charging at any power outlet. With a standard 220V connection, charging from 0 to 100% takes just 5.5 hours for the 4.3kWh battery. The Zero XE\u2019s rear brake is conveniently controlled by the left hand, allowing for precise fingertip control. The two-piston calipers, equipped with a 220 mm disc at the front and a 203 mm disc at the rear, work with DOT hydraulic motorcycle brakes.
